No.
You will always receive a quote first, and we only proceed after approval.
What happens if my device can’t be repaired?
We will:
- Inform you of the issue
- Return your device
- Only charge diagnostic fees if applicable
Do you use new parts?
We use:

- OEM or equivalent components when available
Can I provide my own parts?
Yes, but:
- We cannot guarantee performance of customer-supplied parts

Do you offer shipping repairs?
Shipping options may be available in the near future. However currently this option is NOT AVAILABLE.
When this feature is active customer will be responsible for safe packaging and shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
What happens if I don’t pick up my device?
Devices left unclaimed for extended periods may be subject to:
- Storage fees
- Device forfeiture after notice
Will my data be safe?
We respect your privacy:
- We do not access personal files unless required for repair
- We recommend backing up your data before service
Will my data be erased?
Most repairs do not require data removal, but:
- Some system repairs may require resets
- We are not responsible for data loss
Do you repair water-damaged devices?
We may attempt repair, but:

Can you guarantee all repairs?
